You are right the definition is not quite right here is a refinement.

Fractal Logic(Philosophical)
This is a term used to describe certain composition of structures whose form interconnects conceptually regardless of the level of representation used to consider them. A standard example is a word, which approximates the object it designates. Another is the rib of a mushroom compared to the rib of a mammal.

It is a philosophical structure having an irregular or fragmented form of reasoning at all scales of relation within perceivable dimensions of consideration.
