A note about stainless steel handholds.

After switching from copper to stainless steel handholds for several months, I can now conclude that there is no comparison between the two. Copper is better.

Bacteria and cancer cells both feed off of iron!

True stainless steel is composed primarily of iron compounds.

The metal from the electrodes does get absorbed, and rather quickly I might add. I believe the reason Hulda Clark said to stop after 7 minutes was not solely to let bacteria and parasite stages be released. It was also to give the body a break from the metal it just absorbed.

When I first started zapping a year ago, my bile production was practically nonexistent. So within minutes of zapping, usually at the 5 minute or 6 minute mark, I would start feeling pain. It always started in my midback and would spread to my entire upper back. It felt like acid was burning my insides. I used to chalk it up to the "Herxheimer reaction" but now I know better.

Now I know that it was copper being absorbed into a liver that was sick and not processing it. I was poisoning myself with copper!

When I realized this I switched to using stainless steel kitchenware like forks and knives as my electrodes. The burning was GONE! I did this for several months. However, overrall, my health was getting worse. My breathing worsened terribly. I had constant gas buildup in my chest.

I recently found out I have cancer. I was blindly feeding my cancer with iron for the past several months. But I switched to copper handholds and zapped for a few days and the gas buildup is not much of a problem anymore.

Take care and watch your bile production. Cloves and milk thistle both stimulate bile production. Lecithin is converted into bile in the liver. Both of these combined have helped me immensely.

Another note I must add is that a lot of kitchenware is made in China, and even though it may say it is "stainless steel", it probably isn't. Stainless steel is an alloy, you never know what's in it. If it's made in China it's safe to say it's tainted with lead and who knows what else. Do you want lead ions running through your body? Something to think about.

Good wishes and good health!
