I have also always felt my parasites all over. The fast ones you are talking about I have felt a few times while on Antibiotics especially. I felt them moving away from the Antibiotics up to my neck and into my sinuses, but not sure what they were exactely. A biochemist I talked to said that some infections can travel fast through the nerves. He said they are somewhat like "elevators" to some infections. It´s crazy to say parasites can´t be felt, considering how many say they can feel them.
