OMG!!! Get this. I know I am allergic to silicone/latex and plastics. I called Mirena 6 yrs. ago prior to having it inserted and was told by the tech. that there were no known issued linked to that. What tha??? Victim here too. This device stinks and I am so sorry I ever got it. Still suffering after 9 months post. I feel like I am going through menopause. Same symptoms. We have been handed the wrong deal. UGH. Good luck ladies. Keep posting.
