adrenal fatigue & agoraphobia?

Dear dr lam, just wondered what your thought is on agoraphobia, for the last few years i have been having problems with being in local places and talking to people..

I know i have low cortisol..

Do you usually find adrenal fatigue is the cause of agoraphobia, or the other way around,agoraphobia causing adrenal fatigue..
