Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H
J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

That has been my biggest hindrance to doing castor oil packs. I've found it comes off fairly easy in the shower with Dr Bronnor's soap. My problem is I do not feel like getting out of bed at 3 or 4AM to take a shower LOL. And it's just not going to happen in the daytime.
