Dark circles under eyes

I’ve had problems with dark circles around my eyes for almost 8 years now (Im 21). I have done numerous fasts, cleanses (including a very thorough Colon Cleanse and numerous liver cleanses) but nothing has helped. I really don’t know what to do now to get rid of them and they are really effecting my self esteem! Pictures can be seen in the links below, although the lighting doesn’t truly show how dark they seem in real life in the pictures! Any help?
