I noticed an improvement very quickly at the recommended dosage of one softgel (the brand is Natural Factors, not sure if it matters) three times a day, but increased to two softgels three times per day after reading that an "attack dose" sometimes works better for the first week. I did notice further improvements after doubling the dosage.
I'm starting to think that the complex of symptoms we call fibromyalgia may have various causes (I think mine may be genetic kidney enzyme deficiency aggravated by a serious bout with e.coli), and depending on the particular causes, different solutions may work better than other for certain individuals. Add to that each person's slightly different chemistry/metabolism, and results are bound to vary.
Anyway, I hope that if Celadrin doesn't turn out to be a magic bullet for you, that you will find something which is!
