You are getting some great advice here. I agree that if you go back to eating the same way all your problems could come back. I've been battling on and off too, its hard at to stick to eating healthy. But its the only way to really live. Many people have sensitivities to different food, and always to processed foods. Me, its wheat, sugar, milk from the store, and peanut butter will put me to sleep. Doing the cleanes and fasting is a great start, and you could get tested by a naturalpath about what foods to stay away from too. Good luck you can concour this. there are lots of herbs and spices to help too. Turmeric, sage, blackberry leaves, for the canidida. Prayer works too, will be praying for you.
