Can homeopathic cleanse replace herbals in eradicating parasites?

I had done my first parasite cleanse for 11 days using herbals (named Colon Support by eclectic Institute.) I saw many worms coming out, but I suffered very bad die-off symptoms - vertigo.

I understand I have to repeat the cleanse several times after a break for several days in order to get rid of most of the parasites, if not all. Are homeopathic remedies, which normally have less adverse effects, effective in eradicating parasites?

If I continue to use herbals, what should I do to minimize die-off symptoms?
