Well, massage is fine because it stimulates the circulation.
As for the others, I wouldn't entertain the idea as they can be enervating.
A sauna is fine to stimulate elimination via the skin, but again avoid staying in the heat for very long as this drains the life-force or nerve-energy and is (again) enervating.
This applies whether you are fasting or not.

Try an Infra-red Sauna which does not have the heat of a steam sauna resulting in enervation.
