My Roscea has been okay recently. I think the B12 is significant, and vit k, which i believe some is made in the flora. It only dawned on me after reading the new post on this subject, that mine was now non existant, since all the b vits/zinc, and getting flora up to scratch with prebiotics, oatbran etc. The sublingual B12, folic acid, biotin, has definately made a difference.
I think it is definately to do with low stomach acid.
