I wanted to know what you think about the causes of rosacea (flushes in the face and visible blood vessels especially). I'm now able to control most of the problem with diet, no carbs is my key to success. And as I have candida overgrowth, IBS, I was wondering if the rosacea is linked to a poor digestion/absorption problem, or a bacterial one maybe. Antibiotics are often prescribed to alleviate symptoms, do you think it's for the antibacterial properties? I read some articles about Gallo's work (read also about HIV...), he's working on finding the cause of rosacea atm. A link to micropeptides activity and kallikreins... Some people had success with cholecalciferol intake, reaching 100ng/ml for the 25(OH)D levels. So, could it be linked to a poor immune system?
What are your advices to have a nice skin, that would not flush from heat, cold, exercise, eating, alcohol...
