Special protocol to remove teeth infected with Lyme and Bartonella?

I have RA. I have had a few teeth removed already. Two making a big difference in my stiffness. I believe one of those had Lyme (if I remember correctly). This was detected thru EDS and Cavitat and teeth removed by biologic dentist.
I have had a downturn in my health for the past several months. My EDS practitioner detects Lyme and Bartonella in my upper molar corresponding with the things that are coming up negatively impacted on EDS screening, namely pancreas and breasts. Plus, my left shoulder is parlty frozen.
So, naturally I am going to have the teeth removed. My question is since this seems a rather angry presentation of infection (he had to go extremely strong to produce a homeopathic) should I observe a certain support protocol in removing the teeth, i.e., C infusion, beta glucan, chlorella, Antibiotics (I have some Clindy, which I will take anyway). I am on all those things. Should I add in somemore detoxifiers?
I, also, take Flagyl, Diflucan, Mino, nsaid and other vit's and supps.
I have no Rife machine.
