Exercise ball stretching


The chiropractor was amazed this week at how my posture has improved in such a short time. He is surprised at how quickly my twisted spine has straightened out. About 3 weeks ago I started using an exercise ball regularly, I have been very happy with the results, I have been having less back pain the muscles don't get twisted up as much and when they do it is easy to use the exercise ball to stretch them out, and bam! the pain is gone. I have been strengthening my torso and abdomen using the ball, it is key.

So in summation I have done Four things that have helped out tremendously in combination.

1-Non-toxic diet
2-supplementation to regain mineral balance, especially copper.
3- regular visits to the chiropractor
4- daily stretching, especially with an exercise ball.
