Am myself confused with how to cleanse and how often. ALso like you I have been trying to focus more on diet and mental health. Off late I have been experimenting with Coconut oil but I dont think am going to continue with it long just like everything else I start with. Am tired with it all.. but cant afford to give up cause it affects the face. I tried green smoothies pretty long and gave up on them cause I did not see a difference. I also gave up nonveg and niether that had any result. Ive started juicing off late and feel like its probably beter than anything else I was dong diet wise. Let us know what works for you, if it does.
About the ZNP bar ...I got it and got scared to apply it to face cause my hands on which I experimented with it got so extremely dry that I had to apply extra moisturiser for 2 whole days before I could get over the dry stretched out feeling. Wonder what it will do to the face but after reading your post I might experiment with it on a small area of the affected part.
