Did he say he was a materialist or are you assuming because he doesn't take one spiritual viewpoint (christianity) that he only believes in physicality. It would be an interesting exploration. it is quite obvious that there is a hidden (spiritual) component to reality. Intelligent design or code drives the physical. What many people miss is that this is tied to creativity and thought as we literally create our reality ongoing both individually and collectively.

Infinite potential are 2 words that literally encompass all ideas. ;-)
