pain when urinating can have a multitude of causes.

kidney stones are usually accompanied by bleeding so is that the case?
Are you male or female? as that can have a bearing on the matter.
Is your urine cloudy?
Is the pain accompanied by a burning sensation?
Do you have sharp, knife-like, intense pains in your back or groin? as this could also be a kidney stone.

I would need to know every single symptom before commenting any further i'm afraid.
