reaccuring ear infection in adult

as a child and up to this year i had never had a ear infection.

now all of a sudden in the last 6-8 months ive had like 4 infections. it always starts as a sore throat, and then my left gland in my throat gets inflammed and my ear starts to hurt.

im able to keep it all under control and pretty much painless by taking olive leaf and gargling Colloidal Silver and putting it in my ear, but im concern with the fact that it keeps coming back so often.

i have a healthy diet, i almost never eat junk/processed food, i exercise, etc, i dont understand why this keeps coming up.

does anyone have any ideas?
