I know that last Dec. Dr. Hansen's was offering a 25% off sale till year-end; that's when most people's insurance plans run out. I don't know whether this is a regular thing for them, or whether they have any other "sales". You can get an estimate by filling out some forms and sending a panoramic x ray. The receptionist told me that you may need a plastic retainer made, to protect your dental work, and you'd need to wear that every night when you sleep.
