He is expensive like all non amish dentist are, but when you figure the final outcome, I always figured he is cheaper than all the other dentist, because you can trust his work was done right in the first place.

You can e-mail or call him, send him your x-rays, etc....I know he has given approx. cost over the phone for out of state/country patients.
