Re: Zinc/Copper Selenium/Copper Why?
Taken at different times would help some perhaps... however, we are designed to take minerals in their whole food complexed forms... with both the antagonistic and synergistic components of the specific mineral along with it.
This helps to prevent upsetting nutritive balance.
I have drifted away from isolated supplements... as I investigated "minerals" and other nutritional factors, such as vitamins, I found out, that in addition to having their primary antagonist, there were many other lessor antagonists, and many synergists... so when one takes something like say, zinc, there are 25 or 26 (if I remember right) known antagonists/synergists... it is NOT as simple, and far more complex than a copper/zinc balance thing.
If you decide to take a supplement, I would suggest a whole food source and/or one that is carbon bound.
