I have gluten intolerance like you and other problems but they are old diagnosed. My body was exhaust over the years because of these problems. The candida was spread because my weak immune system and lot of Antibiotics ... this is for short...

What about the candida:

Before I started the diet for candida I had Sugar craving with depression, emotional symptoms and common white tongue.

Now I have a thrush - white tongue with bad taste in the mouth but not bad breath...

I read somewhere that you can have a thrush without serious candidiasis. What do you know about that?
