Yeah, the pain wasn't very fun. I didn't realize how hard I hit until the effects starting hitting me about 5 minutes afterward.

I have pretty much all those things, minus the brain formula. I do have plenty of ginko I can use instead though, for the time being.

I'll give you guys an update in a few days.
