hey, sorry it took so long to answer. Well my FBO was more like an all day thing. it was just an odor i exuded and didnt necessarily come from having a BM. The odor has not completely gone away but lately I can wait in line at the store and have no comments so thats kind of a good feeling. Also, the other messages were not from me haha. I am actually not a Christian but I am open to all beliefs and I think having hope is a big part of healing. I have also started up on goldenseal, digsetive enzymes, probiotics, and apple cider vinegar. Too soon to realize if its done any improvements as I work from home so I dont go out too often haah.
