Natural foods like honey, vinegar, yogurt all have good properties, and they may make a small difference for the better, but they probably are not going to heal entrenched cheilitis if it is caused by any of the typical reasons (fungus, bacteria, virus, lip licking or biting, allergic reaction, hypothyroidism, vitamin imbalance, cancer).

As recommended on the Earthclinic website, I ingested apple cider vinegar, molasses, and coconut oil daily for a couple of months this summer. It didn't help my cheilitis.
