I currently take 2 handfuls of vits/min supplemnts each day, are you saying I'm harming my kidneys?
From ester c, a multi vit, bee pollen, fish oil, vit e, magnesium, cayene, and some herbs like eluethro and jiaogulan. I also take Dr. Shultze's Super Food, and Garden of Life's Perfect Food. For meal I eat Amy's organic soups. How am I doing? We all know we can't get the proper nutrition from just eating food, right? What changes or suggestions? What do you think of the Hallelujuh diet?
