I am also senior "flusher". I think I did about 35 or more.
I am flushing every 2 weeks and passed huge numbers of stones and other junk and mucus. First thing I did if fix my Insomnia and lowered my cholesterol level big time, fixed my hearth beat. During all of those flushes, I also fixed my Depression and anxiety, clearified my mind,...and zillion other things....you name it. I learn a lot about liver flushing. You must know what to eat, when to eat, how to eat....One thing I am sure, proteins and unproper use of herbs are liver killers...especialy those powdered proteing shakes. Somehow I think those protein powders go directly to liver.
I passed stone looking junk the size of, I would say, a bit smaller than the golf ball. I passed stones all shapes. Some of them were perfectly round like real balls, and I was passing them when I was making mistakes. But only after passing green ones I fell accompishment, and to do that, I must stimulate bile flow with pepermint oil.

But you shoud see the parasites I am passing. Unbelievable.
I have been passing whitish/yellish "cotton balls" for about a Year. I would say, I passed about 2000 to 3000 of those. Some of them are furry and have red roots like a veins, attached to them some of them are pure yeast. What is that??
Sometimes I pass small beautifully red/orange cotton looking thing.

After my last flush, I passed something realy weird. Like one of those Xmass tree shiny ornaments that go around the tree. there were about 10 of them, an inch long. Amazing.
I think bad "guys" are slowly giving up.
