BTW, it's the AMOUNT of omega 6 fats consumed these days. Omega 6 fats are found, in high amounts, in safflower, sunflower, corn, peanut, soy and canola oil.
Blaylock recommends using only olive oil for cooking. I disagree with that, coconut oil is also very healthy. Also butter, if you make ghee(very easy), it can be heated to a high temperature without burning...
