They say fasting is not OK if you are too toxic-
Hi,
I have been reading Curezone during several months already. I first found it motivated by horrendous hives, plantar fasciitis in my L foot, and an inability to walk normally caused by very painful knees.
I learned about parasites, liver flushes, etc. I have learned a lot. I can say I own my life to curezone. I have done different cleansings, and I believe in all of them. I am free of eczema and can finally walk.
However, I am not completely recovered. My knees still hurt (walking is kept to a minimum). I am convinced my case is common, a combination of adrenal fatique and congested liver. I am thankful I did this finding, and I know the process is long.
I am telling you all of this, cause I need you to know my case. Lately, I have been considering a complete water only or real fast. But I am confused.
The moderators of some forums say that when a person is too toxic should not try to fast. It is said that such a fast would drive toxins IN (more into the cells), and not OUT. They are not referring to the usual healing crisis. They simply negate the benefits of the fast, and this is to explain it can even be dangerous.
I feel grateful to many of these people. But I have troubles believing this. I tend to believe in the wisdom of the body> I believe the body will do what it has to do, if left alone. I am inclined to believe in fasting because whenever my dog is sick, he will fast, and be OK after several days. At first, I used to take him to the vet, and after terrible procedures, high fees, he would not improve. One day I realized my dog would be just fine -if no accident involved- if I would just leave him alone.( Our pets teach us so many valuable lessons)
So, what do you think? I was thinking of trying a few days of fasting, may be 21-that would not be so toxic any way.
I would like you to help me decide on this matter. I still do not understand how come others know so much about the body. Yet, they do not approve fasting.
Excuse the rant.
