Oxypowder liver flush

Hey Guys!

Like many of you, I detest espom salts for use during a flush. I do have some Oxypowder caps left over from a Bowel Cleanse and was wondering if anyone has a good recipe using Oxypowder that yielded decent results.

I know that the Oxypowder website has a flush, but I can't see how eating whip cream to flush my liver , is going to help my candida overgrowth.
