To simply say do this and that is normally worthless in my experience. People need to read, your asking for a paragraph that takes a book to explain. it would be like asking to write in one Page the Dr. Christopher cure.

You can do a search for old medical books and spend 10 years reading them and compare them with many other nature books and come up to your own conclusions. My conclusions came to a 108 page paper, full of color pictures of stones, worms, etc. explaining my methods. I explain to people to do nothing I say because I say it, read what i say and compare it to nature and the information from many books on the same subject, then do self experimentation and decide for your self.

I believe dr. Christopher's teachings to be the best, but you have to study his works for many years and know many things befor you can grasp his meanings. As an example, Dr. Christopher states that He chose his parents before he was born! Years ago I would have not gave that a second thaught other than maybe he was a nut, now years later I know what He meant.

The basic outline is weed and feed, just weed and feed and the body will be healthy. Just as there were 1,000+ cures for cancer by 1950, there are just as many ways to weed and feed.

I make my own herbs, so Naturally my methods are adding to what the Old Doctors did.

Search for your self and study Dr. Jackson from Canada, He is one of my favorite MDs that restored his health and became one of the strongest 76 year old men in Canada. If you would have asked him to give you the answer on 1 page, he would have handed you His book and said read.

It takes books and daily reading before you or anyone can achieve Health. The mind needs to be free from past education when it comes to health. Pitch everything you ever heard about a drug, doctors, vitamins, and all the crap that was designed to rob the sick and simply obey Nature, or read an old Medical book, Dr. Jackson being an example. Thousands to choose from. Many websites sell reprinted old medical books for a reason!
