Re: Dizzy Spells After Third Flush
First of all, make sure you are fully hydrated after taking the morning ES. PLenty of water and juice are usually enough, but I recommend the product EmergenC too. It really helps get the electrolytes back in balance. It contains the necessary minerals plus vitamin C to help flush out free radicals and toxins.
The next suggestion would be to monitor your blood pressure. I found that my normally high blood pressure was greatly reduced during my first flushes. In fact, I credit regular
Liver Flushes (along with weight loss)for helping me get off of BP medications. A home blood pressure monitor is a worthwhile investment for health conscious people.
My third suggestion is to do a daily warm salt
water enema for three to four days after your flush to continue getting toxins out. Most people will release liver toxins for several days after flushing. Some still even pass small stones.
Hopefully, this will prove to be an isolated occurrence for you; however I have experienced occasional bouts with dizziness with a number of my forty plus liver flushes. All of the above solutions have helped me at one time or another.
