Dizzy Spells After Third Flush

I've done three flushes to date. The first two went without a hitch.

For the first two flushes there were no side effects other than the toxic headache, hungover feeling the morning after I drank the epson salts and olive oil/GF juice, which soon I got rid of with a quick water and coffee enema.

The third flush was the largest which revealed between 150+ and 250+ stones and chaff.

For the next three-four days I was getting dizzy spells whenever I would stand up quickly.... that's generally faded away...

Will I get dizzy spell every time I flush or what can I do to prevent them?

Any ideas?
