To ease the Epson Salt mix it with 3/4 cup of apple juice and not water, mix it up well, add ice, then drink through a straw. Like magic - little to no taste.

Drink the grapefruit and oil out of a glass tea bottle (like Tazo, etc) to let as little air in as possible. Do NOT drink it through a straw as Hulda Clark recommends, oil will eat the straw and you be sucking in plastic particles.

Then, finish it off with a swig of fresh apple juice. BTW, the apple juice should be as fresh as possible or newly opened.
