Re: how important is it to do a parasite cleanse first?

I read about Liver Flushes for weeks before i had the nerve to do a flush. Then it was sheer pain that made me do it.
I did not do a parasite flush until after 6 flushes or so. I found a worm fragment embedded in a liver stone. (gb removed prior to curezone.)
I think a parasite flush should be done but is not necessary to the first time flusher.
Dietary changes, bowel cleansing and the such are much more important.
I have never used ornithine either. I have done 18 flushes in about a year and a half.
