Herbal BF&C treatment for an injured knee, advice and comments would be very welcome

Hello All!

I would like to ask you for some advice, information and comments in regards to the herbal treatment I'm going to do for my injured knee. As I do not have a lot of experience in using herbs I will be immensely grateful to everyone for their help.

To be brief the problem started two years ago when I had surgically removed a torn part of my ACL and some cartilage as well. My knee has never been really ok ever since and a few months ago I injured my knee again. A physiotherapist said that the ACL was intact but that I had most probably damaged my meniscus. I'm experiencing some pain and clicking in my knee, it has improved a little bit in the last month or so, but not enough to 'rely' on it.

My 'resources' for the treatment are:
3lb of BF&C in powder
1lb of BF&C cut for infusions
BF&C massage oil
1lb of Cayenne Pepper 160.000
Castor oil for hot compresses
about a month to spare
lots of positive attitude
knowledge of knee anatomy for healing visualizations

it just has to work, doesn't it :)

I've made a basic plan (subject to change) for taking the abovementioned herbs:
BF&C powder
first 3 days - 30 capsules a day (15g)
then I intend to start a carrot juice fast for minimum 5 days and maximum 10 days(depends on how it goes) and during that period - 60 capsules a day (30g)
next for 10 days - 100 capsules a day (50g)
and finally for the remaining 20 days - 60 capsules a day (30g)
BF&C infusions about two or three times a day and about five massages of the knee and cayenne pepper a teaspoon three times a day for the whole period of taking BF&C

Of course I'm also going to introduce appropriate diet high in vegetables (raw), fruits and grains, and low in meat and diary.

In addition, I'm going to do some gentle exercises like cycling and swimming to start with.

I thank everyone in advance for your advice.
