simple liver flush advise

Hello,

Please forgive my ignorance,
but could someone explain the simple way to the
Dr. Clark liver flush.

MH once said buy 2 grapefruits, 1/4 cup olive oil &
epsom salts.
OK I can do that.

But, what are the directions to take this?
