The day of the flush have no fat or protein for lunch and breakfast. Have a small lunch and breakfast and do not eat or drink after 2PM. Then take 1 tablespoon of epsom salts in 3/4 cup of water at 6 PM then take the same dose at 8 PM. At 10 PM take your grapefruit /olive oil mixture which is 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice and 1/2 cup of olive oil mixed together. Then lay down and go to bed or at least lay down immediately! I usually take a tablespoon or two of dewormer with the grapefruit/olive oil mixture. Then at 6 AM and 8 AM the next day take more epsom salts (same dose). I usually skipped one epsom salt dose on the second day and got good results.

if you can buy that, which i said along time ago, you can easily read the cure for all disease clark book on line for free or buy a paper copy or simply read it on the main curezone or even read the 108 page booklet for free...

if you follow all of clark's pre-cleanse...you will have a great liver flush...if you do the quicky, you may have a great time, or not so great time depending on how well your liver functions.
