Can you see why doing something like just taking toxic supplements may have not been the best way to deal with healing her immune system? Then the approach get's labeled as "alternative" and dismissed that alternative treatments didn't work. There is a vast array of alternative approaches. Alternative simply means everything but allopathic. There is a lot that gets dismissed then, because toxic supplements didn't work, and by that measure the myriad of things that do work get tossed aside.
