Thanks for the responses everyone. I figured I had ec or some form of chelitis but reading over and over about the "cycles" just threw me off a bit.

122453 - Outside of a cure, something like glycerin sounds like the next best thing. The stickiness to hold down the skin sounds like it could be of real help to me. Thanks for the suggestion. Those Seattle pics dont really look like mine. Hers look extremely dry compared to mine when peeled.
