Hi Tom:
Your note addressed some questions I had about optimizing mixtures and the citric acid vs. juice question. I can't seem to glean what you are saying is an ideal ratio using either citric acid (30% more acid??)or a juice.
Also wouldn't the hydrochloric acid in the stomache add to the effectiveness of decomposition? ...or what if the citric acid was left out and the job was left almost entirely to the stomache acids?
Too bad some large research institute didn't look into these questions to optimize the usage.
