Through reading I have come across a number of things.

3. No MSG. check food labels,canned, boxed etc.
4. Apples or apple juice daily. If eating is difficult, peel and steam. Can make your own concentrated dark red apple juice. Wash skin properly.
5. Good nutrition

7. Email Dr Ming (firstname.lastname@example.org)in China on their herbal teas for that purpose. He will prescribe according to the symptoms that the patient has. A 30 day supply can be around 250US or 140US etc, depending on what is recommended. They also advice if possible the massage and acupuncture.
