Major Beet Protocol vs Mini Beet Protocol

You must use a better juicer that does't turn the Asparagus into so much foam. I have 3 differantjuicers and find that the Jack La Lanne's Power Juicer tat can be bought at Costco works well for the Beet and Asparagus. But it will take about a whole bunch (the size that you usually see it sold in) to make 3/4 of a cup of juice. Then depending on the size of your beets a couple good sized beets to make a cup. So my suggestion is in finding a different juicer. The slower Green juicers that are geared more for wheatgrass works well for the asaragus but take wlot longer to juice the beets. That is why I use the Jack La Lanne juicer. It is good for both vegies.
