there are a lot of fundamental changes one needs to make in order to detox effectively. we cant do much about our air but we can about our water. distill your own water. its the only way.

as for finding out how you got contaminated with mercury, it sounds to me more like some sort of environmental exposure as opposed to a few isolated vaccinations. those are their own can of worms.

you could be exposed due to close proximity to a coal facility, particularly a power plant that burms coal. mercury in coal.

also, if you live in an older home or apartment that was around when mercury light switches and mercury thermostats and mercury thermometers all could have broken, found the lowest level in the house that a liquid could find and then sit there for eons giving off mercury vapors to be inhaled. breaking a mercury fluoresent light in the house is another place contamination can come from.

and of course fish. eat a lot of sushi? tuna salad?
