I am planning on going on a fast tomorrow... until about February 1; 43 days.
I weigh 190 lbs right now, so I am kind of worried of loose skin. How do I prevent them? I also have stretch marks, and I want to fade them. Should I take vitamins, and to prevent hair loss, and which kind? (but honestly hair loss is less important than losing weight)
Also if I fast for that long, will the weight loss be real, or would it just be water weight. As in, would I look like I lost 40 lbs? I really want to lose my stomach fat.
