Re: worse, the same, or better?

Well, it seems like a lot of women have a big crash a week or so after removal (which I didn't have) or have a crash around month 4 (like me), or have both. Either way, it seems like 6 weeks post there's a pretty good chance that you'll be okay. And besides that, I've never had my old symptoms get any worse than they were on Mirena when they've returned. In fact, even when they've returned, they've not been as severe. The new symptoms (reflux etc.) have been the worst part of the removal process, but those only surfaced a little over two months after removal, and it doesn't seem like they happen to everybody. Do your best to relax and enjoy yourself and vacation! Once removal is over, the worst is behind you!
