What is this? Warning gross!

I used my Zapper last night and this is what I saw in my poop the first zap!
I have been doing a parasite cleanse for 2 weeks now and thought I should step it up a bit.
Is this worms? I has small things that looked like worms and even white rice looking stuff when I ate Cayanne pepper. But nothing like this.
if it is worms, can someone tell me what type it is? Is there more I should be doing?
