Re: Blood sugar and Candida

You must eat some sugar. Avoid refined sugar. I went in a metabolic shot down because I tried to keep the diet strict. Don't believe in those who says you only can eat meat and vegetables, olive oil, 50 grams of brown rice a day, fish, eggs, ..etc..You gonna be worse. I believe the key to win this battle is to take antifungals for long time and an smart diet. Eat healthy but still you need some sugar... I drink no Sugar add fuit juices low fat yogurt, no Sugar add ice cream, milk, kefir, cheese, ham, white rice, beans, etc. It is impossible to follow an strict diet for more than a couple of weeks and it isn't healthy either. South Beach diet is ok. If someone tell me following and strict diet, candida is going to be eliminated for ever, I do. But every case I know who followed the diet for long time are more sick than ever.
