It's not really possible to gauge how much Sugar you should be eating per day. This will be dependent on your own physiology and what you feel comfortable with. If by Sugar you mean refined Sugar then it should be avoided full stop. You will need to find a carb level that fuels you with enough energy, yet doesn't aggrevate symptoms or swing blood sugar.

Candida diets are naturally low-GI. Good blood sugar balance is useful for Candida treatment, as well as significantly important for related health conditions such as diabetes or adrenal fatigue. This should form the cornerstone of your treatment.
